7 ayurvedic ways to maintain health during winters

It is often seen that people tend to become extremely lazy throughout winters which results in heath issues. Drink ginger tea

Ginger is often referred as a miracle herb that consists of a number of therapeutic properties. Simply add ginger to your everyday tea. It is advisable to use little or no sugar while preparing it. Ginger tea helps to keep the body warm and also prevents common cold and cough.

Massage with aromatherapy oils

During winters the body goes under contracted mode. Hence, applying essential oils over the body will help to release contraction in the muscles. Some of the popular oils for body massage are lavender, rose, jasmine, peppermint and bergamot.

Light eucalyptus oil

Avoid sleeping during afternoon
