Blending: Your key to good health

You can blend nuts, protein powders, fruits, crushed supplements, oils, seeds etc. You have the option of blending them individually or you can also add these to your veggies.

For effective weight loss, it is suggested that you use a high-fibre fruit in combination with chia seeds, nuts and low-fat milk. This blend is regarded as one of the ideal breakfast options for those who wish to lose weight.

Instead of milk smoothie, you can add oats and coconut water to your veggies such as spinach, garlic and bitter gourd along with flaxseeds and walnuts. This blend helps in controlling cholesterol levels by increasing the good cholesterol while reducing the bad ones.
