Cancer killing property of lemon peels

How to use it

When lemon peels have so much of health benefits, then why not utilize them properly. Place a washed lemon in the freezer. Once frozen, grate the whole lemon along with the peel, and sprinkle it on your foods—vegetables, salad, ice cream, soup, noodles, rice, fish, etc. It will give a wonderful taste.
