At present times, obesity has struck millions and millions of people across the globe. The main reasons behind such weight gain include unhealthy eating habits and lifestyle, lack of physical activity and consuming lots of junk food.
Using onion is an accepted way to help you lose weight and those stubborn fats from your body. Onions help in increasing the metabolic rate of your body. In order to prepare the onion soup, take around 4 large onions, 4 tomatoes, a medium sized cabbage and 2-3 green peppers. Wash these with water and then cut them small pieces. Next boil these vegetables in a pan unless they are properly cooked. Add salt to taste.
