Dr Russell Blaylock said to Newsmax Health,? Unfortunately, most of the MSG consumed in this country is done so unwittingly.?”This is because food processors have learned to hide the ingredient to prevent criticism from those who recognize MSG as harmful.”

Some of the major additives that contain MSG are soy protein concentrate, textured protein, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, yeast extract, calcium and sodium caseinate, broth ,carrageenan, hydrolyzed soy protein, plant protein extract ,whey protein concentrate, natural flavoring, malt extract and so forth.
