It is suggested that along with drinking water before meals you should also drink a glass after each snack and meal. Also, as soon as you wake up, drink a glass of warm water. Squeezing fresh lemon and honey in your glass of warm water will produce all the more favorable results.
Take proper rest

According to the National Sleep Foundation, it is extremely important for an adult to get at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night.
